Wasted $150 on a gift voucher for my partner who was unable to even book in for her massage voucher.
She was rude to myself and partner in person.
I left a review on the Facebook page and rather then trying to justify their actions they just deleted the Facebook page.
Very disappointing and my partner went without a gift which was needed at a stressful time hence the purchase for a relaxing experience.
Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
I’m the last to complain about any business service although this voucher was tried to be used numerous times to book in and was not acheivable in 6 months without a complete headache.
We were refused a refund and the only thing to purchase in store was a facial cream, which wasn’t worth $150 nor did my partner need it.
Don’t waste your time!
